Just returned from a 3 week stay in this great villa, what a find! Bayram is fantastic and nothing is to much trouble. The villa is very clean and has everything you need, multi generational holiday and we all had a great time. Plenty space for everyone, close to shops for essentials and supermarket for everything else. 10-15 minutes stroll to sea front even with my elderly parents mobility issues. We have stayed at the Calis Beach Apartment complex for well over 10 years so have known Bayram & his family in all that time. Bayram keeps the complex in an immaculate condition, the grounds are beautiful with various tree''s, shrubs & flowers the pool is well maintained. The apartments are fully equipped, spotless & very home from home. Bayram is always availble to help or advise. The apartments are a short walk to main Calis Plaji but still situated outside the hustle & bustle. It speaks for itself the fact we return year after year to how much we would recommend these apartments

We have just returned from staying at this apartment at Calis Beach A4. Fabulous holiday. Great roomy apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need . Very clean and comfortable. I have actually stayed at this small complex 4 times and stayed in the other apartments too. All are great. Pool is perfect for anyone . Plenty of sunbeds. Beautiful complex. Nice and quiet and not too far to main bit about 5 mins walk Host fabulous

We stayed in A1 for 17 days. Firstly, from booking to staying Bayram was amazing, always on hand to answer questions pre booking and whilst we were there. So helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay on this complex again. Spotlessly clean, pool area and surroundings really well kept. Apartment had everything you would need. Lots of space for 5 of us. Spiral staircase was ok for us, but maybe something others would need to consider. Buses run outside the complex on main road, as frequent as every 5 mins, so if you don''t want to walk anywhere, you dont need to, 5 min walk to nearest beach. I love this area of turkey and this complex is one of the best I have stayed in.

Just back from a week stay at this wonderful complex . Bayram the host was amazing and sorted everything out for us from transfers to baby equipment ! Nothing is to much trouble for him. Even had cold beers in the fridge on arrival. The villa was three story and had everything you would possibly need. The complex was very clean and well looked after the grounds were amazing The pool was very good but a little deep for some! It’s close to bars and restaurants and the beach is few minutes walk with excellent beach bars. See you again soo.

We have just returned from our 10 day stay at number 25 seaside residents! Villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The pools and grounds are well maintained and it’s an ideal location close to the beach, bars and resaturates. I highly recommend booking through Bayram his customer service is amazing. We will be booking again 😊

Happy to recommend bayramlettings and would definitely stay at Calis again. Accommodation is fully equipped and very spacious. Location is perfect for shops and beach. Barramundi is on call anytime and always happy to help. We are just back from two wonderful weeks

We arrived late at night, Bayram arranged a taxi for us to the apartment. The apartment was very nice. It had everything we needed it was like home from home. The location was excellent as near to the promenade. Lovely swimming pool and the grounds were immaculately kept. We had a wonderful holiday plus knowing that we could call on Bayram for any problems was nice to know. Thank you Bayram for everything. We hope to come back again.

This is the first time we have stayed in Calis Beach Apartments and will definately not be our last. The location to the beach and promenade is absolutely great, the pool and exterior was spotless and very well maintained and the accommodation itself was perfect. Everything we needed and more. It greatly exceeded our expectations and Bayram was awesome - always so helpful and goes that extra mile. Highly recommend
